various improvements to the overall UI and style

Quick update on some improvements.

• Forum sections and post area given some attention and touched up a bit
   
  
• Sticky thread and normal thread header now changed to colored gradient on each style to be clearer in separation
   
  
• page number nav on light styles changed to colored gradient to be easier to see
   
  
• content rating on forum_view for dark style now matches dark style
   
  
• forum descriptions on forum_view now are not too hard to see
   
  
• profile post avatar area slimmed down to look more neat
   
  

Just a small list of updates I have made. Going into the upgrade to 2.1 sometime next month there may be more improvements but just to the UI. The stock style isn't going to change. I like the way our site looks and happy to improve it. I appreciate your support ~ TopSilver

I guess I can allow custom title changing since this is a general discussion site. I have changed the permissions now. There's still a default title ladder but you can opt to change it anytime. For avatars I suppose you mean on the profile page. There's a slight glitch with [TH] Avatar where the avatars can become blurry if I change the size of them on the profile page. In 2.1 I should be able to change them dynamically and on the profile page too a lot easier since avatars are default in 2.1. Considering that we'll make them bigger on the profile page when we make the upgrade

Guys I've finished updating the styles. I think they look much nicer now. I'm completely satisfied with what we got here. Thank you.

I have updated the homepage sections one last time. I didn't want to change it up too much but I felt like the box shadow was a bit too much on the forum sections. That and the fact that the post area needed more attention.

I know Drewan appreciates the old look so far from changing it up too much I wanted to simply give it some attention but not go so far as to make it look much different. Thanks for your interest in the site
