How do you get yours?  Actually, for sites not requiring strong protection, as ones selling things, you can get free SSL certificates quite easy and they are easy to install.   Anyhow, these days not having an SSL certificate can cause major trouble for visitors so I would get one.

RE: SSL Certificates

I like hosts who provide the SSL certificate for free and automatically installed. My host does that and also even provides DDoS protection. For starts don't use cloudflare because it's a gimmick and I made that mistake since they block out traffic. I fixed that too.

Sadly, my host does not provide free SSL. I can get a free SSL on a new domain for one year, after that I have to pay for SSL. Therefore, I use Lets Encrypt. The major problem with this SSL is I have to renew every 90 days.
