Nightwish

Anyone here a fan of this band? They are a symphonic metal band from Finland and they have a lot of great songs which I listen to a fair amount of them. They recently just released a new album titled Hvman Natvre.

This song actually isn't that bad. At first I wasn't sure about it as the people in the video look like they do a lot of drugs but after listening to it I will say the song is pretty catchy.

I'd say my most favorite out of them is Last Ride of the Day, but many others like shudder before the beautiful, Amaranth, beauty of the beast, crownless, endless forms most beautiful, shoemaker, song of myself, escapist and more.

I went through a phase of listening to Nightwish quite a lot, but don't really do so much anymore. The "Once" album that Wish I Had An Angel is from is probably my favourite of theirs.

You've just mentioned one of the bands I prefer though, Amaranthe, who I discovered a few years ago by total accident.

Within Temptation are another great band that I only discovered fairly recently! Their latest album Resist doesn't have a single bad track on it. I've also given Hydra a play and it too is pretty decent..

I haven't heard of Gloryhammer either though, I will be sure to check them out.

I was into alt. power metal (besides Euro 80s power bands like Helloween - Stormwitch..) but now i only listen to it when i'm nostalgic of my teens. I wish i could go to a Hammerfall concert before i pass to a better/worse life

Thumbs up for the vocalist, she's an amazing person (not gonna talk about if she's beautiful or not)
