New content ratings add-on re-installed from before. Like/React button now needs to be clicked rathe

Small update guys. I just installed a new reaction add-on called content ratings. We had this before but it wasn't properly updated at the time so I quit using it.

Anyways the like button now requires a click in order to see and make a reaction on a users post other than "like".

There are a few pluses to this add-on. User profiles now shows reactions given and received when clicking the count on profile. Also threads now show reactions in thread list to who reacted to the post. This add-on is much better than what we had, just the site was down when it was updated.
