Ah yes... I love triggering all you lovely men out there who claim to not be trash, but then continue to treat me like nothing more than a piece of meat for you to stick your dick in.

Hey everybody! I hope you all are having a great day! If you're a man and you read the title and experienced any of the above thoughts or anything similar to them, please stop reading this thread now because you will be severely triggered as I continue. As for everyone who is going to read the rest of my thread, get ready for one hell of a rant.

So first off, I am only 17 years old, but I look younger than that. I would just like to point that out. Its really shitty that I had to deal what I did today at all, and what's even shittier is that it's not even the first time grown men have targeted me before.

Now time for the story...

Today I was at the court house because a family member of mine had a dui trial. I was their ride so I had to sit there through their case and help them get everything figured out. I was sitting there in the court room waiting for it to be my family member's turn and this grown man came and sat down next to me. I figured he was a lawyer or something because of the way he was dressed but I only caught a glimpse of him as he walked by, because I was minding my own fucking business. (and before I go on, not that it should matter, but I was not wearing anything provocative by any means, just jeans and a blazer). So this man sits down next to me and scoots way closer than necessary. He handed me a piece of paper that was clearly torn off of some kind of court document. I saw it had his number and something written on it but I turned it around and started reading the side that had the court document on it because I was just curious what that had to say. He told me to flip it to the side with his number on it because he wrote me something. I flipped the paper over and it said I was beautiful (though it was spelled wrong but that's really not a big deal). I said thanks and put the paper on top of a folder I was holding. He leaned in closer to me and asked if I would like to go grab dinner with him sometime. I said as polite as I could (mainly because I was trying not to make a scene because we were in fucking court) "hate to disappoint but I'm only 17". He said "Oh when is your birthday?" The fuck???? This man looked like he was 40 years old and he wants to know when he can legally date me??? This is inappropriate to begin with but the fact hat we are literally in the court room makes it way worse. So anyways, I just kinda made a little "uhh" kind of noise, and he was like "do you not have a birthday?" Like is this man not going to leave me the fuck alone??? I told him my birthday is few months away and he asked when so I said November and scooted away. He said okay and put his fingers on my fucking thigh. I am 17 years old and made it clear I wasn't interested, and it wasn't even legal, and he touched my fucking thigh. I moved way over away from him as far as the bench would let me and he leaned my way and as time went on he kept inching his hand closer and closer to my ass. Finally it freaked me out so much that I went and sat on a different bench when some other people left their seats. Later on I was in the hallway walking to the restroom and he started walking towards me so I just walked back into the court room. But I found out later that he was not a lawyer at all, but someone who was waiting to get their dui case sorted. He was waiting to see if he was about to go to fucking jail and he decided to hit on a fucking minor and then touch my thigh??? I mean what the fuck???

Looking back on it I could have told one of the officers in the room who was dealing with the inmates in there, but I was so worried that if I made a scene it could make the judge go harder on my family member's case. But jesus fucking christ its such shit that I even have to worry about something like that in the first place.

I used to think that I never wanted to be one of those girls who say men are trash. But I get it now. When I say men are trash, I don't mean all men by any means. I have a wonderful boyfriend/bestfriend and he is the best person I know. Plus obviously there are so so so many guys out there who are great. But when I say men are trash, I just mean the ones who don't think of me as a person. I mean the one's who don't care if I am interested, don't care how inappropriate it is, and don't even care if it's legal, they just see me as a piece of ass to grab. Those men are trash.

But I would like to say that I am not posting this because it is the first time something like this has happened and I am angry, I am posting this because in the past year or so I have been in so many situations of men treating me like a piece of meat that now I am angry over it. Maybe in the future I will post more stories about the piece of shit men who hit on me.

But for all you guys out there reading this, take some advice, if I women does anything that could mean that she is not interested LEAVE HER THE FUCK ALONE. I have no problem being polite to guys when I let them down, but when I politely tell someone that them hitting on me isn't even legal and they still pursue me, there's a fucking problem. And I can already assume that I lot of you might think that since I did not blatantly say the word no then it doesn't count, it still fucking counts. Ignoring someone means no. Coming up with excuses means no. Moving away from you means no. Literally anything besides enthusiastic consent means no.

Glad to know you think men can't control their natural instincts. I can tell my dog no and he listens perfectly fine. By your logic my dog has more self control than some men.

I wasn't referring to him putting his hands on you. Merely speaking in general terms. What that guy did is against the law.

Him putting his hands on me is not a natural instinct and it is certainly something he could have controlled himself from doing. The whole situation is fucked up and the natural instincts argument is just an excuse that only makes it more socially acceptable for these kinds of situations to happen. But I get you are trying to be nice so thank you for that.

When girls are raped they say "he couldn't control himself. He was just fulfilling his natural urges." When boys get raped they say "well men anyways want sex anyways right so it wasn't actually rape." Trying to say that a man's "need" for sex somehow excuses their actions is completely insane. A man choses to touch a girl when she doesn't want it, a man choses to push her until she is uncomfortable, its nothing that he could not control. Have you ever wanted to touch someone and not done it because you did not have their permission? Bam! That's self control right there. Have you ever not punched a douchebag in the face even though you thought they deserved it? Self Control! Everyone has self control. That creep made a choice to touch my thigh after I said I was underage.

People constantly say that feminists want men to be brought down to their level in society. That's not the goal, the goal is to bring women up to men's level. People who come up with excuses saying men can't control their natural needs, those are the people trying to bring men down.

This isn't really meant to be hate against you, though what you said is what made me say that, its more of just meant to prove my point that there is no excuse for this kind of behavior.

I wasn't talking about any of that. Was saying that men have natural instincts period. It could be in anything. Men are protectors and they choose to protect the ones they care about. That are tons of good instincts we have that are natural. For what your speaking of is on a whole different level. There are different types of people in the world. People that do bad things and are in and out of prison, and people who try to find jobs and go to school and live a good life while they can. Those are mostly the protectors. But your speaking of something completely different. Not all men are like that. Those are sex offenders your talking about. Nothing of the sort when it comes to genuine people. There are good people in the world and there are bad people. There are just as many bad woman in the world as there are men. There are woman who have killed their own babies. And there are men who have done worse then that. But those are bad people. It's not the same to say this guy speaks for every man on earth. Just trying to be honest but I see that what he did to you really made you feel uncomfortable

Although I just wanted to say I see where your coming from though. There are a lot of strong woman out there. My mother is one of the strongest woman I've ever known so I know that it isn't easy to have to deal with this kind of thing on a daily basis. A lot of people tend to ignore this stuff when it happens so I know that gets annoying.

I think that's not true feminism but yeah, one thing led to another at some point but those are minimum compared to the main cause.

Okay, I am no mod or anything, but this should be shut down before problems arise. It started out as a thread about an incident and now it is trending toward argumentative. Just read the comments. Scumbags, Feminazi's, wifebeaters, Piece's of meat, etc. Even if we're all being civil about this it only takes one person to read/take it the wrong way and start a war.
