This is no joke.  I saw this on a conspiracy site.   Anyway, the logic is because doctors etc. don't want to get sued.  Oh, poor doctors, lol.  Is this what society is coming to?  How can this madness continue?

How this has to be fake is what I cannot fathom or understand. I am not interested in these types of articles because it goes against the constitution and this can't be real. If this is real please link to the news article so I can see what's going on.

I would like some more explanation on this as I don't understand what the law will do actually. But if it will allow for doctors to be charged of murder of newborns due to some thing that can be a human error I am conflicted on giving my answer. Doctors are humans too so they make mistakes sometimes...
