The workers union has been around for a very long time. There should be nothing wrong with a worker unionizing on behalf of their paycheck. It's actually not lawful if the reason they were fired is because of the workers union, however if the reason was otherwise then there really isn't anything anyone can do about it. This could be a huge lawsuit if they could prove the reason was because of that.
