Just a law that you have to be 13 or older to sign up that is mainly for all forums and websites. This is a generalized law that applies to any forum anywhere you go. You are welcome here any time though and also in my server. I plan to do a lot with the site soon. First off, I hope you like the way it looks. I put a lot of work into this.
