  1. Take Strategic Breaks: Schedule regular breaks to stay refreshed and prevent burnout, helping you maintain productivity in the long term.
  2. Delegate Tasks: Outsource tasks like research or content editing to virtual assistants to reduce your workload and focus on content creation.
 
I agree with both methods. Another one is always to take a day off in the week so that you can spend time doing whatever it is you want to do.
