I love my beauty sleep so I no longer do that. Back in my 20s, I'd be up until probably 5-6am and even spend stay awake multiple days. However, it's not really good for your health long-terms so I make sure to get enough rest every day.
Actually, I am a morning person and it’s my best time for productivity and mental capability. It's only possible if I prioritize sleep. Staying too long awake can damage ones cognition and overall health.
