Managing stress starts with accepting stress as part of your life. There is no one that wouldn’t be stressed out, however, smart people learn how to manage stress? By the way how do you manage stress?
  • Try daily meditation or yoga
  • Do light impact exercises
  • Identify stress triggers and create systems to manage them
  • Don’t hesitate to ask for help for the work that stress you out
Taking regular breaks and focusing on your mental health can help you perform better in professional and personal life.
 
I work on coding xenforo addons as a stress reliever or anything that involves my PC. Sometimes video games too and also my cats for some reason have an amazing way of getting rid of any anxiety that might be there.
 
I can swear for the meditation. Between meditation, deep breathing exercises and jogging, they all help to keep my stress down.
