facebook chat removed and pop out chatroom added to nav

Facebook chat has been removed and an actual chatroom has been added to the navigation. This is a pop-out navigation item so should make it much easier to speak with members and talk to eachother while not being directed away from the website. It was actually a feature I myself suggested be added to the developer around a year ago that he implemented on my behalf. The facebook chat wasn't what I wanted for the site. I didn't like the idea of random members being messaged by someone they may have not intended to get a message from in the future. With a chatroom up top we can all communicate and it's more ideal to get things going.
