Always try to sleep for 4 or more hours. You need those rest, so as to be able to start fresh and strong in the next day.It's almost 3:00 AM EST now here in my country and I'm still awake. I haven't slept at all yet. I should be ready to sleep in the next one hour.
I struggle each day I am unable to sleep well during the night. I can drop anything that I am doing at a particular period in order to enjoy my sleep.I have problem with sleeping very early which is why I always sleep around 2 a.m. every night and wake up around 6 a.m. I wish I could sleep more.

If you are not feeling sleepy it is very important for you to convert such time into being productive with it than simply just sitting down and not doing anything.As much as I would love to go to bed earlier than I do, I always find the nights to be quieter and I feel I get more done.
