Dual Monitor: Have You Used It?

I have never used a dual monitor but I would like try a dual monitor or even triple monitor. I want multiple monitors to improve my workflow. Has anyone used multiple monitors, does it help with multi tasking and workflow?

Personally, I don't have any interest in using dual monitor. Only one is more than enough for me. I've seen some people use it for gaming but it doesn't appeal to me.

Yep. My gaming desktop currently has two monitors - I've not ruled out a third but I haven't seen the point of getting another one just yet. And I have a portable monitor that I can hook up to my Gaming Laptop so that it can help my productivity when doing things like video editing.

I haven't tried it but I know a friend who has been working with dual monitors for quite some time now and I absolutely loved it. The opportunity to perform multiple tasks simultaneously is the advantages.

I dont think I would ever use more than pone monitor. This is because:

1. Too confusing. Imagine having four monitors and you dont know which monitor hosts which running programme that you should attend to next
2. Creates a wall of seclusion from social space
3. Too distracting as the lights all converge into my eyes
4. I can always use windows and tabs, when I think about the environmental sustainability of using multiple screen.
