Are there any Xbox exclusives worth playing now?

I haven't been into exclusives for a longer period since I just purchase any game that I actually like and not because it's an exclusives.

I want to get an exclusive game on the Xbox series X for my nephew and I need your recommendations so I can get a really exciting game for him.

Ark 2 and the Elder Scrolls are the two that I will recommend. Check them and see if they are the type of games your cousin can like.

Elder scrolls is a good exclusive on Xbox, I play it a few times on my friend's Xbox series X a few weeks ago.
