RE: Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS Bootstrap obviously. It's convenient and easy to use. Also the output is quite nice. I never used tailwind, but as I have gone through user reviews, I don't think it is similar to bootstrap in any means.

RE: Android Studio I too never used android studio. I had developed one game similar to angry bird in Unity. Though, that had some flaws in physicX properties. Later, I had shifted to unreal engine, which is another open source project.

RE: RTX 3000 OR AMD 6000 SERIES? I too go with AMD. Actually, nVidia is more featured but the price is higher for Nvidia chips. AMD is much cheaper and for the same price provide better chipset.

RE: First language For basic layout of your website, HTML and CSS is enough. But for complex websites, you will need to learn PHP too. It is a step by step process, first learn the basics then go for the upgrade of knowledge.
