RE: Suggest a decent card I have recently got the rtx 2080 and I got it say, its pretty good, I also had a 1050ti so it was a huge upgrade for me.

RE: How often do you get a new phone? I only upgrade when I really need too, when my phone may be running slow and not working like it is meant too. which is every 2 -3 years, maybe 4 years.
