Game Cheats

Who uses them? When might you use them? Where can you find them? Do you feel people use them wrongly?

Remember GameShark or ‘IDDQD’ in Doom? Cheat codes used to be Easter eggs - devs baked them in as playful secrets. Now? They’re mostly third-party tools. I’ll use them to relive childhood games (like maxing Simoleons in The Sims), but never in online leaderboard runs. Finding them requires digging through old GameFAQs threads or PCGamingWiki.

Game cheats if the game supports it I'm all for like the Skyrim special edition that supported mods but if the user is using them to cheat against other players, then I don't agree or suggest it not one bit. The fact that the ban hammer on these platforms nowadays are huge is why you could never get away with it for long in my opinion but cheats just for making the game better when it supports it isn't a bad idea.
