When you go to the supermarket do you do one big shop or several small shops each week? We do one big shop on a Monday and just go whenever we need one or two things.

I have a daughter which makes me run out of groceries quite faster. Thus, whenever I go shopping, I but a lot which aren't perishables to last us for a long time.

I prefer doing all my shopping at once during each week. I do menu planning for my weekly supermarket shopping trips which take place exclusively on weekend days.

This is smart shopping. It helps to save you time, and energy to shop at different times. I like to buy in bulk and that is how I have been operating for a while now.
