I am considering buy my favourite books in physical hardback condition but the I don’t actually think I’d read them again. They would probably just end up getting dusty on a shelf

RE: Considering buying my favourite books
That said, I was also considering doing the same with my favourite manga, which at one point I did, and it collected dust.[align=center]\"This is not the end, it is not even the beginning of the end, but it is perhaps the end of the beginning.\"

RE: Considering buying my favourite books
If you don't intend to read, it's best not to buy them. But for avid book readers like me, I will be a thrilled if I can afford to buy all the hardback titles of my favourite authors and spend my leisure hours immersed in their writings. Books, certainly are not for decorative purpose as is displayed in many homes.
