    Covid-19 Vaccine by the end of this year, your thoughts?

    Yes the Covid-19 vaccine which is supposed to be released by the end of this year. Is it quality or do you think this will be an under-staged mal developed drug that could have worse effects then it would if you didn't take it. I'm undecided because I am not sure.

    In my opinion it could at least pose some type of risk but would only be suitable for certain people like the elderly in nursing homes or people that would be at risk from dying in Covid hot spots. Personally I don't know what to think. Do you think they'll charge money for it. Also could it be possible they may require every person in the United States to take it or be charged... (that would be ridiculous and I wouldn't do it).

    I heard that when a vaccine becomes available in Australia it will be mandatory.

      Well, realistically I don't see a vaccine becoming available by Christmas. Vaccines need to be tested for long term & short term side effects. Ok, so governments could make the jab mandatory - but I guarantee there are millions of people who will refuse to have an injection out for freewill. Do you think it should be chosen?

        Yes I do and refusal is exactly what I will be doing. I will refuse no matter what they do. The main reason is there's something about me where I don't get sick hardly ever. Is it possible I could contract Covid-19? Anything is, but I haven't had the flu since I was 16 years old and I'm 30 now. Simply put, it's not worth getting a vaccine for me but may be worth it for the elderly. Besides making that mandatory is an act against the constitution and there would be many lawsuits. I don't think they would do that.

          Well, I can't speak for the USA but most countries around the world have created an emergency law/legislation under the The Corona Virus Act which grants the government emergency power. I'd like the option to sign a waiver for my health if injections become mandatory. I don't know what's going into my body and the vaccine is newly released too...

            I hear the vaccine actually isn't harmful so you probably wouldn't have to worry there. They have tested it quite a bit and made great progress. As long as it's FDA approved there's nothing to worry about. But I am just as concerned as you about my safety with it and that's part of the reason I would refuse. Even with there being a chance for side effects it bothers me.

            I will say though that emergency power should not warrant our amendments being taken away. No one would refuse treatment if they had it but vaccines for the entire population of the united states does not seem warranted or necessary. I imagine a lot of people would take it of their own free will.

              I am certain what they will do in Australia if you refuse is: Fine you $1,000+ per-person (maybe repeatedly) and you'll be banned from going to places, such as school, if you don't get it.
