  • MyAnimeList Vs AniList

AniList is much cleaner and looks way better but I have been using MyAnimeList since 2014. MAL also displays my join date without me having to do anything. Whereas AniList does not display anime details. MAL has also been around for a long long time now. But you can't export your anilist to MAL.

So, what website do you use: https://myanimelist.net/ or https://anilist.co/

Anilist has lots of scripts to show those details that you want. Even though i don't really like AniList i used it some time in the past, now i use MAL again

I kinda prefer MAL profile layout and like the page load to anime list rather than (I guess) an ajax page change on anilist.

That said one thing AniList has over MAL is anime/mange name preference (Japanese, romiji & English)

I really wish MAL would implement the title switch feature already.

Giving the user the ability to decide if they want to show the anime name in native, romaji or English is so much better and MAL need to do something about it.

        For example:

Maou Gakuin no Futekigousha: Shijou Saikyou no Maou no Shiso, Tensei shite Shison-tachi no Gakkou e

        =

The Misfit of Demon King Academy

MAL always stood up for the true name of a series. Thanks something good for me. Not an enough motive to leave it apart though.
