    Do you fancy collecting something?

I do collect Adidas 80s Basketball Shoes (excepting the Shell models) starting from: Conductors, Forums, Top Tens, Rivalry, Americana, Phantom, Association and the Made in France shoes that are mixes between Rivalry and Top Tens.

    RE: The Collecting Thread

I used to collect $2 coloured Australian coins. I may start to collect them again in uncirculated condition, though.

I wanted to collect alcohol. Some I wanted to collect are: Hibiki 17 & Kauffman Vodka.

Care explaining why you collect them?

On my side, i love Basketball and the Basketball shoes from the 80s were part of the heavy metal uniform (the white hi tops), and i love'em tbh.

$2 Australian Coloured coins are really cool and in the Australian Coin Collector world (based on Facebook groups), if you come across a coloured $2 coin, you keep it.

As for alcohol, I probably won't do that now since I blacked out recently, which was worse than it's been in the past, so I kinda lost the appeal of collecting alcohol I don't plan on drinking plus the price. I wanted to buy an aged 30 year old Glenfiddich for $800. It's kinda really expensive.

As for Hibiki 17, apparently Hibiki 17 was in a movie that made Hibiki 17 really famous, thus, really expensive. As for the vodka, it's apparently the best vodka in the world.

I guess you could say that I collect video games, both physical and digital.

Unfortunately I felt compelled to sell a lot of my older titles over the past few years, but.. I've been buying them up again. They're not in as good condition as mine were, but beggars can't be choosers!

I really love collecting variety of key chains since the time when I was 11 and most of my keychains have stories associated with them.

                  RE: The Collecting Thread

I've collected a number of older coins over the years. Hoping that at one point, I would be able to sell them off to a collector, to be able to help with my life situation as it happens. The oldest coin I have, has a pretty good potential value. So holding onto it would be a treat in the future, if it ends up high in value.

Mine is old club jerseys. I can't get enough of them. I'm working on the possibility of getting jerseys used in the 80s if possible.

I'm still collecting old Biafra currency. My government is really fighting the IPOB but one day we are going to gain our freedom and the old money will come in handy for me.

I hope it's not something that's going to be seen to be against the rules of the country, otherwise you will have yourself to worry about with the security agents.
