So after doing some research, Google and other major search engines still consider backlinks “votes” for a specific page. Pages with a high number of backlinks tend to have high organic search engine rankings. So this is another important tool to view for ourselves. I currently use the free one at Ahrefs but you cannot see the full report without paying. Does anyone know of any good alternatives? Paid or free?

RE: Backlink checkers?
There's a few if you search on google that allow you to use their backlink checker 2-3 times a day without paying. If your only dealing with one site this can be really helpful when you just want to do a quick check. Though it may be annoying when you run out of tries, sometimes that's all you need is a couple times a day.

RE: Backlink checkers?
I have use various services from Ahrefs. I have even used Ahrefs SEO browser extension, which is completely free. However, I stopped using the browser tool bar because it slowed down the speed of the websites I visited. However, I have never tried any of its premium services.
