    Worst Forum Software in your Eyes? (free and paid)

    IPB and wordpress are in my book the worst forum softwares because I can't fully customize them and they're not exactly mobile responsive either. I've struggled a lot with their admin and mod cp a long time ago. I've never tried to use them ever again.

    As I said in a different thread, I'd have to stick with my guns on BBPress, which seems to be the worst software for forums in my opinion that runs on wordpress. Mainly because it's for a blog and isn't suitable for most forum owners. Some will disagree but you said worst and most forum softwares are at least fairly decent.

        IPB is not what it used to be that's true but i wouldn't set it as the worst. those copies of vbulletin for me are my least favourites because they doesn't even look presentable and the posting area is full of useless buttons for things like ICQ (?)

          I've tried it too and don't really like it either. The admin and mod cp are a pain to go through too for VBulletin and it has many glitches on the forum software too.

            Worst free: PhPBB. Its fuck ugly, insecure, and when I last tried, a pain in the ass to try to mod.

            Worst paid: vBulletin 5. Honestly vB is a shadow of what it used to be today and it's depressing.
