Give him a welcome to the staff team. It's been a pleasure speaking with him on the forums. He has brought in the right attitude when it comes to dealing with the site and waiting on it to get bigger. He deserves this position. As 1@Andox88[/USER] was saying Drewan is second in posts to me and has been welcoming in members and helping us get going. He deserves it.

There will be one more staff position open once we get going. Users who go above and beyond to help the site out may receive a promotion but nothing is guaranteed. Staff are chosen merely on merit and the ability to work with others as well as post count and most importantly whether or not the position is open.
