Spirituality is chosen while religion is often times forced. Religion can be anything that the person practicing it desires, whereas spirituality is defined by God. So how do you see both religion and spirituality?

Religion is both spiritual and written so there's not much difference except the fact that your targeting a specific religion. There's not much I could say. -

Religion and Spirituality both have a common belief that there is a higher power that guides us all. Religion is more of a community based system of beliefs. Sometimes people want to establish that their religious belief is superior to that of others and that is where the problem starts. Spirituality is something more related to an individual's beliefs.Comment
