Is it appropriate? Should such stuff only be taught by parents or someone outside the school? Does this education help? Does even education from parents etc. help anything?

RE: Sex Education in School
In middle school this should be a standard because some kids don't know anything about how babies are made and so forth and need to have an education based on this because you can't expect their parents to tell them and it's necessary to make sure they have the correct education on it.

RE: Sex Education in School
All this things is learned in the school environment, parents paid for them in order for their children who has grown to a certain age to understand how it takes to understand how to make babies and prevent unwanted pregnancies and stay off from STDs and STI diseases.

RE: Sex Education in School
Imparting sex education in schools is a good idea for middle school students. There are limitations for such topics to be discussed at home. Whereas, the environment in school is ideal for such topics. This will also prevent sexual crimes and create awareness about the life threatening sexually transmitted diseases.

RE: Sex Education in School
I don't see how kids take sex ed seriously. It seemed like a joke when I experienced it. Well, I could be wrong, lol. Well, what do they do? They show cheesy videos and talk about stuff that kids giggle and mock.
Seriously, this is some stuff only parents should talk to kids about.
